How do sizing work?

For our Custom Jeans, sizes may vary due to the different brands we carry. It is best to provide your childs waist measurements during checkout under "notes".

Do you ship international?
We accept international orders, buyer pays any additional fees that may apply.

How do I checkout?
Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping cart, click on the checkout button in your shopping cart.

When will I receive my pre-ordered items?
Once your pre-ordered item is available, you will be notified with an e-mail that it has been shipped. It should be delivered on or around the release date. Pre-ordered items will not be delivered prior to the release date. Please note that if the release date of your pre-ordered items falls on or close to a holiday, there could be a brief shipping delay.

Which Payment Methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and American Express.

Where does this store ship from?
California.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Ready to Ship Sales are all final! Please not that all custom jeans are created using various brands. No 2 jeans are completely identical to one another.  We will only offer refunds if the item is a result of our error. (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

How long will it take to receive my order?
Custom Denim have a 4/6 weeks turn around. Tees are hand screen printed by us as orders comes in 1-2 weeks turn around. Sweaters are preorders which takes anywhere from 2-4weeks. Accessories are ready to ship (allow processing time)

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 1-5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 6 weeks.

Do you provide a tracking number?
Yes we do. We ship to the billing address or address that is provided for us through PayPal or our payment terminal via our checkout page that was used to process credit/debit card payments. We will then email you your tracking number. All packages are shipped via USPS.
